We understand that besides finding the perfect furniture, you may have questions about shipping rates, delivery time, and whether we ship to your area. No need to worry! We will happily address those concerns below.

Order Processing

Orders undergo processing within 1-3 business days from the date of placement. Following this, an email confirmation containing tracking details will be dispatched upon shipment of the order.

Delivery Timeline

 Large furniture and oversized items are transported by freight carriers, resulting in extended processing and delivery are expected to arrive at your door within 2-3 weeks (Monday-Friday), not including federal holidays.  Upon arrival in your local area, the delivery company will reach out to you via phone, email, or text to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that the arrival of deliveries varies based on the location where the product(s) is being shipped from and where you are located. There may be instances where delivery takes place on weekends. Should this occur, you will be notified beforehand.

For smaller parcels this is usually delivered within 2-7 business days.

Delivery Region

Currently, we only offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Your order(s) will be sent via FedEx, UPS, or other trusted third-party carriers, depending on where the product is being shipped from and your location. Do keep in mind that if your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. Should this occur, we will send you an email with the tracking details of each shipment. 

**Delivery to P.O. & A.P.O Box addresses are not permitted**

Free Shipping 

Standard free shipping is extended to all orders, with the exception of those destined for remote or rural areas or requested for Room of Choice or White Glove delivery. A delivery fee will be applied at checkout for orders shipped to such locations.

Delivery Type

  • Threshold: Delivery to the first dry area (e.g., garage or covered porch) *Not inclusive of inside delivery.
  • Room of Choice: Delivery to a designated room of your choice (limited to up to two flights of stairs).
  • White Glove-Light Assembly: Delivery to a designated room of your choosing + Packaging removal included +Basic tool assembly for up to 30 minutes (limited to up to two flights of stairs).

Receiving Delivery

Please note that for some item(s) an adult must be present during delivery to accept the item(s) being delivered and to sign the proof of delivery document. Also, please ensure that whoever is accepting the delivery takes the time to check the product and packaging for any damage. If damage is found, please notify the driver and make a notation on the proof of delivery document of the damage. Failure to do so can affect the approval of a damage claim.

Delays

Delays in shipping may occur. Should this happen, do not panic. Our team of Personal Concierge Specialists will work assiduously to ensure that we get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.  As mentioned, our job is to ensure that our customers enjoy a pleasurable and hassle-free shopping experience. To accomplish this, we will work diligently to ensure that your delivery arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible. Lead times may vary during peak shopping periods such as holidays or when production schedules are affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to provide accurate updates to ensure that our customers are reasonably informed. 

Missed Delivery

If you are not present at the delivery address at the scheduled time of delivery, you will be notified of the attempted delivery either by phone, email, or via text. If you are not able to be reached, please note that it will be considered a missed delivery, and the delivery of your item(s) will be rescheduled. A missed delivery fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 

To ensure efficient order processing, we offer a limited window for order cancellations. Orders may be canceled without incurring restocking fees or delivery costs if requested within 24 hours of placement. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted via email followed by an email confirmation. 

Once an order reaches our Distribution Center being prepared for shipping or is in transit , cancellation will incur round-trip shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that once an order has been released for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
