We understand that besides finding the perfect furniture, you may have questions about shipping rates, delivery time, and whether we ship to your area. No need to worry! We will happily address those concerns below.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once the order is processed, an email confirmation containing tracking details will be dispatched upon shipment of the order.

 

Delivery Timeline

Large furniture and oversized items are transported by freight carriers, which typically results in extended processing and delivery that takes about 2-3 weeks (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays. Once the item(s) arrives in your area, you will be contacted by the delivery company via telephone, email, or text to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please note that the arrival of deliveries varies based on the location where the item(s) is being shipped from and where it is being shipped to. Also note that there may be instances where deliveries are attempted on weekends. Should this occur, you will be notified beforehand.

Smaller parcels are usually delivered within 2-7 business days.

Whether we’re shipping large or small items, please allow a couple of days after receiving your tracking information before being updated on the status of your shipment. Our carriers have designated pickup days each week, which means that orders processed are picked up during those pick up days.

 

Delivery Region

Presently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other trusted third-party carriers. Please keep in mind that if your order contains items that are stored at different warehouses, the items may arrive separately. Should this occur, we will send you an email with the tracking details for each shipment.

**Delivery to P.O. Boxes & A.P.O Box addresses are not permitted**

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees apply per shipment rather than per order, and flat rates are determined by the value of each shipment and delivery location.

As noted, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, depending on each item's estimated delivery timeframe. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order subtotal, with the total shipping fees calculated at checkout.

To check whether we deliver to your area, simply enter your zip code on any product page. The table below provides a general guide of some of the major cities that we ship to. For select cities, we offer free shipping on shipments with a subtotal of $250 or more (excluding any additional services).

 

Please note that not all the cities listed in the following diagram may qualify for free (or flat rate) shipping.

Delivery Type

We offer three delivery service options: Threshold, Room of Choice, and White Glove.

Our default delivery method is Threshold. However, you have the option to choose Room of Choice or White Glove service for an additional fee.

  • Threshold: Delivery to the first dry area (e.g., garage, lobby, or covered porch) — *Not inclusive of inside delivery. Deliveries to any address that requires the use of a lift or staircase to deliver the item(s), the item(s) will be left at the entrance of the lift or the foot of the staircase. The “threshold” delivery service does not include unpacking, assembling, or rubbish/package removal.

  • Room of Choice: Delivery to a designated room of your choice (limited up to two flights of stairs). Kindly note that additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to add-on fees. This service does not include assembling, rubbish/package removal, or the removal of old or preexisting furniture.

  • White Glove-Light Assembly: Delivery to a designated room of your choice, along with packaging removal. This delivery method also includes basic product assembling for up to 30 minutes (limited up to two flights of stairs). Please note that additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to additional fees. This delivery service does not include rubbish/packaging removal, or the removal of old or preexisting furniture.

Before placing your order, please double-check that the item(s) ordered will fit through all entryways, staircases, and elevators in their packaging. If delivery is not possible due to space limitations, you will be responsible for any redelivery fees or, if you choose to cancel, the return shipping and restocking fees will be applied. Our delivery team will comply with your selected service option upon arrival.

We recommend protecting your floors and surrounding areas prior to the arrival of delivery, as our team cannot be held responsible for any potential damage. Additionally, please note that our delivery team are unable to move any existing furniture in your home.

Receiving Delivery

Please note that for some item(s) an adult must be present during delivery to accept the item(s) being delivered in order to sign a proof of delivery document. Also ensure that whoever is accepting the delivery takes the time to check the product and packaging for any damage. If any damage is found, bring it to the driver’s attention and make a notation of the damage on the proof of delivery document, and be sure to take photos of the damage and cartons. If you’ve requested White Glove delivery, please wait until all items have been assembled and there is no visible damage to the items before signing the delivery document. If damage is detected, note the damage on the proof of delivery document. Failure to do so can affect the approval of a damage claim.

 

Delays

Delays in shipping may occur. Should this happen, no need to worry. Our team of Personal Concierge Specialists will work assiduously to ensure that we get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. As mentioned, our job is to ensure that our esteemed customers enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience. To accomplish this, we will work diligently to ensure that your delivery arrives at your doorstep as quickly as possible. Lead times may vary during peak shopping periods such as holidays or when production schedules are affected by unforeseen circumstances. Should that occur, we will do our best to provide timely and accurate updates to ensure that you’re reasonably informed.

 

Missed Delivery

If you are not present at the delivery address at the scheduled time of delivery, you will be notified of the attempted delivery either by phone, email, or via text. If you are not able to be reached, please note that the attempt delivery will be considered a missed delivery, and the delivery of your item(s) will be rescheduled. A missed delivery fee may apply.

 

Cancellation Policy

To help us process your orders smoothly, we offer a limited cancellation window. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order is not in the picking, packaging, or shipment phase. If your order has reached one of these stages, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with a round-trip shipping costs if the item has already been shipped. Please keep in mind that once an order is released for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. Therefore, it will be handled as a return.
