Yes, we do offer free shipping with the exception of remote and rural areas. Upon input of the zip code information at checkout, delivery costs for these areas will be displayed.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
Manufacturing Defects: If your item is not up to our high standards, we will make it right.
Damage: If your furniture arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund.
Received the Wrong Item: Oops! If we sent you something other than what you ordered, we will fix it immediately.

Before initiating a return, please review our return policy to ensure that all the requirements are being met. Once you have met our requirements, simply fill out our Return & Damage Claim Form . If you need further guidance, please feel free to contact us.
Currently, we do not. While we are working to expand our shipping, we currently only ship to domestic US addresses. Please note that if you do live overseas and wish to have one or more of our products delivered to you, we can arrange to have those products shipped to a warehouse or secured location of your choice within the United States where you can then arrange to have the product(s) shipped to you.

Some of our furniture items require assembly upon arrival. Each product has detailed instruction cards to walk you through assembling your furniture. If you have any questions or need assistance, our Personal Concierge Specialist is here to help.
For some items, an adult is required to be present to receive the delivery since we collaborate with reliable couriers who require a signature as confirmation of acceptance.
If you are not present or available at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you either by phone or text to reschedule a delivery time. If you cannot be reached, you will be able to reschedule delivery by contacting us at hello@ladyashcollections.com. Please keep in mind that your unavailability during delivery will be considered a missed delivery which will incur an additional fee.
