At Lady Ash Collections, we are all about making sure you’re over the moon with your purchase. But should you ever need to return an item, no worries. The following set forth the criteria for returns:

Damaged Returns: When your item(s) is delivered to you, carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage. Should this occur, you are entitled to refuse delivery and sign “damage” on the delivery slip. Alternatively, because we understand that damage to the package doesn’t necessarily mean that the item contained therein is also damage, should you accept delivery and upon unpacking your item you discover that the item is damaged, you have 48 hours to notify us and begin the return process. To support your claim, please provide images that clearly show both the packaging (even if the packaging is intact) and the entire item itself, including close-up pictures of the damaged area of the item. 

Defective Returns: If you discover a flaw or defect with an item that you purchased, you have 14 days to inform us. Once we’re notified, we will proceed to assess the most suitable course of action to resolve that issue to ensure that you’re shopping experience remain pleasant. As with damaged items, we also require that you take clear and full pictures of the item’s defect.

You Received an Incorrect Item:  It is extremely rare that you will be sent an incorrect item. But in the event that you receive an item that it totally different from the item you purchased, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item so that we can take immediate steps towards achieving a solution that suits you. Also, please provide supporting images that clearly depict the item(s) received.

Exchanges and Refunds: Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
