Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Oversized items delivered via freight may take approximately 2-3 weeks to be delivered from the processing date.
- Smaller items may take approximately 2-7 business days to be delivered from the processing date.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states only. No international or P.O. Box/APO shipping at this time.
- If your order arrives damaged, note it on the delivery document and take photos for claims and complete our Return + Damage Claim Form.
White Glove Delivery
For orders requiring freight delivery, you can upgrade from our standard Threshold delivery to White Glove service for an additional fee. By default, all orders are shipped with Threshold delivery, where the carrier will schedule delivery and drop the item at your doorstep or a nearby dry area, requiring a signature upon delivery.
White Glove delivery includes:
- The carrier will bring the item inside your home, assemble it, and place it in the desired location.
- The carrier will inspect the item for damage and remove all packaging.
You can choose the White Glove option at checkout or contact our customer service team to add it after purchase. Please note, this upgrade is an additional cost on top of standard shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The customer will be charged a shipping fee to return the item to our warehouse. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be provided after submitting a request including shipping label. Clearance and custom orders are non-returnable.
- Inspect your items upon delivery. If damaged, notify us within 48 hours and note damage on the delivery receipt. Returns require an RA#, and damaged items must be returned in original packaging. Photos of the damage are required for claims.
- Notify us within 14 days for defective items. Provide photos, and follow return instructions to receive an RA#. Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Notify us within 14 days if you receive an incorrect item. Provide photos and follow return instructions for an RA#.
- Minor variations in color, size, and texture are natural and not defects. Color may vary slightly due to monitor display.
- Customers are responsible for confirming measurements before purchase. Cancellations or refusals due to size issues will incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
